En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les sympt\u00f4mes de la cystite diminuent m\u00eame sans traitement apr\u00e8s quelques jours. Si ce n\u2019est pas le cas, il faudra exclure une propagation de l\u2019infection dans les reins. Une visite m\u00e9dicale s\u2019impose alors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Douleurs au niveau des reins<br \/>\n<\/strong>Ces douleurs indiquent une inflammation du bassinet et doivent \u00eatre trait\u00e9es par un ou une m\u00e9decin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sentiment de malaise prononc\u00e9 et fi\u00e8vre<\/strong><br \/>\nCes sympt\u00f4mes peuvent aussi indiquer que l\u2019infection s\u2019est propag\u00e9e dans les reins. Si c\u2019est le cas, votre m\u00e9decin vous prescrira un traitement antibiotique en vue de combattre rapidement l\u2019infection.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Femmes enceintes et enfants<br \/>\n<\/strong>Ils sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme un groupe \u00e0 risque en cas de cystite, et l\u2019infection est alors jug\u00e9e compliqu\u00e9e. Elle doit \u00eatre trait\u00e9e par un ou une m\u00e9decin afin d\u2019\u00e9viter tout autre d\u00e9g\u00e2t.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hommes<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les hommes poss\u00e8dent un ur\u00e8tre sensiblement plus long, ils sont moins touch\u00e9s par la cystite. Si un homme souffre d\u2019une cystite aigu\u00eb, il est alors conseill\u00e9 de consulter un ou une m\u00e9decin pour d\u00e9terminer plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment la cause de la maladie. Outre les bact\u00e9ries inhabituelles \u00e0 l\u2019origine de l\u2019infection, une hypertrophie de la prostate ou d\u2019autres maladies peuvent \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019origine des sympt\u00f4mes. Dans tous les cas, ces derniers doivent \u00eatre analys\u00e9s rapidement, et un traitement adapt\u00e9 doit \u00eatre prescrit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autres groupes \u00e0 risque<br \/>\n<\/strong>Patients avec<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; troubles du m\u00e9tabolisme comme le diab\u00e8te<\/strong>,<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; maladies du syst\u00e8me immunitaire <\/strong>et<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; troubles urinaires provoqu\u00e9s par des malformations, des calculs v\u00e9sicaux, un cath\u00e9ter<\/strong><br \/>\npar pr\u00e9caution, consulter un m\u00e9decin en cas de
